Air Fryer Truffle Pasta Chips

Sometimes, the stars align and the world gives you something so unexpectedly good, you just had to share it. This was the case with our Air Fryer Truffle Pasta chips
This was sent to us as a customer-inspired idea. And wow, I had NO idea how good FRYING PASTA could be! I mean everyone likes the heartiness of pasta but FRYING IT as a chip?
That’s next level!
And like many kinds of pasta (and chips for that matter), the Truffle Salt goes really well to give it just that extra aroma.
It’s a really easy recipe and can be made with an Air Fryer or with a conventional oven.
Ingredients
-
Pasta:
Short pasta should be used and the shape works best if it can scoop up the sauce or take on seasoning. Farfalle (bow tie pasta) but shells, rigatoni or even fusilli pasta would work too. Gluten-free and pulse pasta are also great options -
Olive Oil
Is the preferred option, however any oil will do -
Fraser Valley Shaughnassey Truffle Salt
Aroma, flavour and elevation all wrapped up into one seasoning. -
(Optional) Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (parmesan cheese)
I like cheese as much as I like chips - however, if you’re looking to keep this low cal, then you can forgo the cheese.
Recipe
Time needed: 17 minutes.
-
Cook Pasta
Boil pasta of choice as per packet instructions - though, reduce the salt in the water -
Season
Drain pasta and season with olive oil, and optional grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Mix to combine -

---
