As salts are food items, we unfortunately, cannot accept any return or issue any refunds for any products that have had the protective seal broken.
Products that have their protective seal intact will be eligible for return and refunds within 30 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee. To initiate a refund of an unopened product, email firstname.lastname@example.org
Product Damaged Upon Arrival
We do our best to pack your orders safely and securely but if your items arrive damaged, we will ensure to provide you with a replacement.
To initiate a replacement of a damaged product please send an email to email@example.com with the following:
- Your name, contact, and shipping information
- Photo of the damaged product
- Your order number in the subject line
